How to Sell on Instagram in Pakistan Without a Website

You do not need a website to sell on Instagram in Pakistan. Here is how to take orders properly with one link, a product list and COD.

Most small sellers in Pakistan start the same way. You post a product on Instagram, somebody comments "price?", you reply "DM", and then you spend twenty minutes copying details into a notebook. It works — until it does not.

The problem is never the selling. It is everything around it: the same questions answered fifty times, orders lost in a DM list, and no record of who ordered what.

You do not need a website to fix that. You need one link that does the boring parts for you.

Why "DM for price" costs you sales

Every message you make a buyer send is a chance for them to not send it. Someone scrolling at midnight will tap a link. They will not always start a conversation, wait for a reply, ask about delivery, and then decide.

Putting the price on the product removes that entire step. So does listing what sizes are left, and what delivery costs.

What to set up first

One link in your bio. Instagram gives you a single link. It should open something that shows who you are and what you sell, not a homepage that makes people hunt.

Your products, with prices in rupees. Photograph them properly — daylight near a window beats a ring light for most products. Write the price in PKR. If a product comes in sizes or colours, list them as options rather than as separate posts.

A way to order that you actually check. In Pakistan that is usually WhatsApp. It can also be an Instagram DM, or cash on delivery where the order simply lands in a list for you to work through.

Take the order somewhere you can find it later

This is the part people skip, and it is the part that decides whether you are running a business or a very busy inbox.

When somebody orders through a proper link, you get the item, the size, the quantity, the name, the address and the phone number in one place — already written down. You are not scrolling up through a chat to find whether she said medium or large.

Pin one post that shows the link working — a screen recording of tapping through to a product is more convincing than a caption about it.
