Acceptable Use Policy

1. General Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of Lonecto and for any content, links, products, information, or materials that you create, upload, publish, promote, or otherwise make available through your Lonecto account.

You must use Lonecto lawfully, responsibly, and in a manner that does not harm other users, visitors, third parties, or the Lonecto platform.

You must not use Lonecto to engage in activities that are illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or otherwise prohibited by this policy.

2. Illegal Activities

You may not use Lonecto to promote, facilitate, organize, or engage in illegal activities.

This includes content, products, services, or links that violate applicable laws or regulations.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Lonecto and any products or services you promote comply with the laws applicable to you, your business, and your intended audience.

3. Fraud, Scams, and Deceptive Practices

You must not use Lonecto to deceive, defraud, or mislead others.

Prohibited activities include:

• Operating or promoting scams;
• Creating fake stores or fraudulent product listings;
• Making false or misleading claims;
• Misrepresenting the identity of a person, business, organization, or brand;
• Creating fake giveaways or promotions;
• Using deceptive pricing or product information;
• Collecting money or information through fraudulent means;
• Promoting pyramid schemes or similar deceptive schemes; or
• Directing visitors to fraudulent or misleading websites.

Users must provide reasonably accurate information about the products, services, or content they promote.

4. Harmful Links and Malicious Activity

You may not use Lonecto to distribute, promote, or link to content that could harm users, devices, networks, or systems.

This includes:

• Malware;
• Viruses;
• Spyware;
• Ransomware;
• Phishing pages;
• Credential theft;
• Malicious downloads;
• Harmful scripts;
• Unauthorized tracking tools; or
• Websites designed to compromise security or deceive users.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Lonecto, another user's account, or any related system or network.

5. Impersonation and Misrepresentation

You must not impersonate another person, creator, business, organization, or brand.

You may not:

• Pretend to be someone else;
• Use another person's identity without authorization;
• Create a misleading account representing a business or organization;
• Falsely claim an affiliation, partnership, endorsement, or sponsorship; or
• Use another person's branding or identity in a deceptive manner.

Parody, commentary, or fan content must not be presented in a way that is likely to mislead others about its source or affiliation.

6. Intellectual Property

You must respect the intellectual property rights of others.

You may only upload, publish, or use content that:

• You own; or
• You have permission or another valid legal right to use.

You must not knowingly use Lonecto to infringe another person's:

• Copyright;
• Trademark;
• Brand identity;
• Design;
• Image rights; or
• Other intellectual property rights.

This includes using unauthorized product images, logos, videos, graphics, music, or other protected content.

7. Products and Commercial Content

Lonecto may allow users to showcase and promote physical products.

You are responsible for the products and commercial content you publish or promote.

You must not:

• Promote illegal products;
• Promote counterfeit or unauthorized goods;
• Misrepresent a product's quality, origin, availability, or price;
• Use misleading product images or descriptions;
• Promote products that violate applicable laws or regulations;
• Direct users to fraudulent or harmful stores or websites; or
• Make false claims about a product or service.

You must have the necessary rights or authorization to promote the products and brands you display.

Lonecto may remove or restrict product listings that violate this policy, applicable law, or our Terms of Service.

8. Restricted and Prohibited Products

You may not use Lonecto to promote, facilitate, or link to products or services that are illegal or prohibited under applicable law.

Depending on applicable laws and circumstances, this may include:

• Illegal drugs or controlled substances;
• Counterfeit goods;
• Illegal or unlawfully regulated weapons;
• Stolen goods;
• Fraudulent financial schemes;
• Illegal gambling services;
• Products involving exploitation or abuse; and
• Other products or services that Lonecto reasonably determines create significant legal, safety, or security risks.

Lonecto may restrict additional categories where necessary to protect users or comply with applicable law.

9. Adult and Sexually Exploitative Content

You may not use Lonecto to distribute or promote:

• Sexually exploitative content;
• Content involving minors in any sexual context;
• Sexual abuse or exploitation;
• Non-consensual intimate content; or
• Any other unlawful sexual content.

Content involving the exploitation or sexualization of minors is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities where required or appropriate.

10. Hate, Harassment, and Abuse

You may not use Lonecto to threaten, harass, abuse, or encourage violence against others.

You must not publish or promote content that:

• Encourages violence against individuals or groups;
• Contains credible threats;
• Promotes targeted harassment;
• Encourages abuse or exploitation; or
• Incites hatred or violence against protected groups.

Lonecto may take action against content or accounts that create a serious risk of harm or violate applicable law.

11. Spam and Platform Abuse

You may not use Lonecto to engage in spam or abusive activity.

This includes:

• Sending or promoting unsolicited spam;
• Creating accounts for abusive or deceptive purposes;
• Artificially generating clicks, visits, or engagement;
• Using bots or automated systems to abuse the platform;
• Attempting to manipulate Lonecto's analytics;
• Circumventing account restrictions or enforcement actions;
• Interfering with the normal operation of the Service; or
• Excessively or abusively using the Service in a manner that harms Lonecto or other users.

12. Privacy and Personal Information

You must respect the privacy of others.

You may not publish or distribute another person's sensitive or private information without appropriate authorization.

You must not use Lonecto to:

• Dox or expose private individuals;
• Publish confidential personal information without permission;
• Collect personal information through deceptive methods;
• Facilitate identity theft; or
• Promote phishing or other attempts to obtain sensitive information unlawfully.

13. Account and Platform Security

You must not attempt to:

• Access another user's account without permission;
• Bypass authentication or security measures;
• Reverse engineer or exploit the Lonecto platform;
• Interfere with servers, databases, or networks;
• Test vulnerabilities without authorization; or
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disrupt, overload, or compromise Lonecto.

You must also take reasonable steps to protect your account credentials.

14. Enforcement

We may review content, accounts, links, and activity to help enforce this Acceptable Use Policy and maintain the safety and integrity of Lonecto.

If we determine, or reasonably believe, that you have violated this policy, we may take action including:

• Removing or restricting content;
• Disabling links;
• Removing product listings;
• Limiting access to features;
• Suspending an account; or
• Permanently terminating an account.

We may take these actions with or without prior notice where permitted by applicable law.

The action we take may depend on factors including the nature, severity, frequency, and potential impact of the violation.

15. Reporting Violations

If you believe that a Lonecto user, Bio Card, link, product, or other content violates this Acceptable Use Policy, you may report it to us.

We may review reports and take action where appropriate.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Lonecto, applicable laws, our services, or our enforcement practices.

When changes are made, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of Lonecto after updated terms become effective may be subject to the revised policy.
