Terms of Service

1. About Lonecto

Lonecto is an online platform that allows users to create and customize a digital presence, including Bio Cards, links, social profiles, media, physical product showcases, external product links, themes, analytics, and other features made available through the Service.

Lonecto is offered on two plans. The Free plan requires no payment and no card, and includes ten card templates, up to twenty products in a shop, unlimited links, and summary statistics for your page. The Pro plan is paid monthly and adds the full card template library, a shop with no product limit, appointment bookings, interactive blocks such as polls and questions, the complete analytics including traffic sources and data export, and the ability to apply for verification.

Every tool that runs in your own browser — the invoice generator, the rate card generator, the QR code generator, the image and video tools and the PDF tools — is free on both plans, without an account and without limit.

Lonecto is owned and operated from Pakistan. References to "Lonecto," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of the Lonecto platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Lonecto.

By using the Service, you represent that:

• You meet the minimum age requirement.
• You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
• Your use of Lonecto does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Any information you provide to us is accurate and reasonably up to date.

If you are under the age of majority in your country or region, you may only use the Service with the involvement or permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

3. Your Lonecto Account

You may create an account using:

• An email address and password; or
• Google Sign-In, where available.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials in a way that compromises account security.
• Use another person's account without permission.
• Create an account using false or misleading information.
• Impersonate another person, business, organization, or brand.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or the Lonecto platform.

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should contact us as soon as possible at contact@lonecto.com.

4. Your Content and Lonecto Page

You may use Lonecto to publish and display content, including, where available:

• Profile information
• Bio Cards
• Links and buttons
• Social media links
• Images
• Videos and media
• Product images
• Product names and descriptions
• Product prices or related information
• External website links
• Branding and design elements
• Other content supported by Lonecto

You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, publish, link to, or otherwise make available through your Lonecto account.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own your content or have the necessary rights and permissions to use it.
• Your content does not violate any law or the rights of another person or organization.
• Your content is accurate and not materially misleading.
• Any links you publish are legitimate and do not lead to harmful, fraudulent, or malicious destinations.

5. Ownership of Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to Lonecto.

However, by uploading, publishing, or otherwise making content available through the Service, you grant Lonecto a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, transmit, and distribute that content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, improve, promote, and provide the Lonecto Service.

This license ends when your content is removed from the Service, except where retention is reasonably necessary for backup, security, legal, or technical purposes.

6. Physical Products and Product Listings

Lonecto may allow users to showcase physical products through their Lonecto pages and product dashboards.

Lonecto does not process payments for product purchases, and does not provide integrated payment processing for products listed by users.

Orders are completed away from Lonecto: through an external store, through Instagram or WhatsApp, or by cash on delivery. Lonecto takes no commission and no fee on any sale a user makes.

Depending on how a user configures their page, a visitor may be directed to:

• An external website or online store;
• Instagram;
• WhatsApp; or
• Another method of completing an order, including arrangements involving cash on delivery.

Lonecto Is Not the Seller

Unless Lonecto explicitly states otherwise, Lonecto is not:

• The seller or merchant of listed products;
• The manufacturer of products;
• The owner of products listed by users;
• A payment processor;
• A shipping or delivery provider; or
• A party to a transaction between a buyer and seller.

The user who lists or promotes a product is responsible for that product and for their interactions with potential customers.

Lonecto does not guarantee the availability, quality, safety, legality, authenticity, pricing, delivery, or accuracy of products displayed by users.

7. Paid Features Provided by Lonecto

This section concerns money paid to Lonecto for Lonecto's own features. It does not change anything stated above about products listed by users: Lonecto never collects, holds, processes, or takes a share of any payment between a buyer and a seller.

Every tool on Lonecto is free to use, without an account and without limit. That includes the invoice generator, the rate card generator, the QR code generator, the image and video tools, and the PDF tools.

The Pro plan includes the full card template library and a shop with no limit on the number of products. It is billed monthly and may begin with a free trial period, which is stated on the pricing page before you subscribe. Where a trial is offered, no payment is taken during it and cancelling before it ends means no payment is taken at all.

Lonecto separately offers features in which Lonecto performs work on your behalf, such as producing many documents from a spreadsheet you provide, or generating content to your description. These are charged in credits, either bought outright or included in a plan.

Accounts Registered Before September 2026

No tool that was previously free becomes paid. Every tool that runs in your browser remains free to everyone, on either plan.

In September 2026 the card template library, the number of products a shop may list, appointment bookings, interactive blocks, the detailed analytics and the ability to apply for verification became part of the Pro plan. Accounts registered before that change keep all of those permanently and at no cost. What was available to you when you registered remains available to you.

Accounts registered after that change receive the Free plan limits described above unless they subscribe to Pro.

Where a feature has been used on a page that is already published, it continues to work. A change of plan does not remove anything from a card that is already live.

Verification and Paid Plans

A subscription does not confer a verification badge. Lonecto reviews who or what an account represents before any badge is issued, and that review may refuse an application from a subscriber. What the Pro plan provides is the ability to submit an application; the outcome is decided by the review and by nothing else. A badge already issued is not withdrawn if a subscription ends.

How Paid Features Are Billed

Where paid features are available, payment is handled by Polar Software Inc. as merchant of record. Polar is the seller of record for those transactions, processes the payment, and is responsible for applicable sales tax or VAT.

Lonecto does not receive or store your card number, and does not have access to your full payment details.

Credits

Credits are reserved when a job begins and settled against the work actually completed. Where a job completes only in part, credits for the part not completed are returned to your balance.

Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Cancelling a Plan

A plan may be cancelled at any time. It continues until the end of the period already paid for, and no further payment is taken after that.

Availability

Where a plan or credit pack is shown as unavailable on Lonecto, no payment can be taken for it and none is due. Availability is stated on the pricing page.

8. External Transactions and Third-Party Platforms

When you click a product, link, button, or other content that directs you to an external website, Instagram, WhatsApp, or another third-party service, your interaction may be governed by that third party's own terms and policies.

Any purchase, payment, communication, shipping arrangement, return, refund, warranty, or dispute involving a product generally takes place between you and the relevant seller or third party.

Lonecto is not responsible for:

• Payments made outside Lonecto;
• Cash on delivery arrangements;
• Shipping or delivery;
• Product returns or refunds;
• Product defects;
• Customer service provided by sellers;
• Disputes between buyers and sellers; or
• The actions, content, or services of third parties.

Users and visitors should exercise their own judgment before purchasing products or interacting with external links.

9. User Responsibilities for Products

If you list, showcase, promote, or link to a product through Lonecto, you are responsible for ensuring that:

• The product is lawful to offer or promote.
• You have the right to use the product images, descriptions, trademarks, and other materials.
• Product information is accurate and not misleading.
• Prices, where displayed, are reasonably accurate.
• Your external links lead to legitimate destinations.
• You comply with applicable consumer protection, advertising, intellectual property, and other relevant laws.

You must not use Lonecto to promote products or services that are prohibited by applicable law or our policies.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not use Lonecto to engage in, promote, facilitate, or distribute content involving:

• Illegal products, services, or activities;
• Fraud, scams, deceptive schemes, or misleading claims;
• Counterfeit or unauthorized goods;
• Malicious, deceptive, or harmful links;
• Phishing, malware, spyware, or attempts to compromise security;
• Impersonation or identity deception;
• Copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property infringement;
• Hate, harassment, or abusive content;
• Sexually exploitative or unlawful adult content;
• Illegal drugs or controlled substances;
• Unlawful weapons or regulated products where prohibited;
• Gambling or unlawful gambling services;
• Spam or unsolicited promotional activity;
• Attempts to manipulate, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with Lonecto's systems; or
• Any other activity that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Lonecto may maintain additional policies that further explain prohibited content or behavior.

11. Enforcement and Account Suspension

We may review content and activity on Lonecto to help maintain the safety, integrity, and operation of the Service.

If we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or our policies, we may take action including:

• Removing or restricting content;
• Disabling links or product listings;
• Limiting access to certain features;
• Suspending your account; or
• Permanently terminating your account.

Where appropriate, we may take these actions with or without prior notice.

We are not obligated to provide advance notice when doing so could create security, legal, operational, or other risks.

12. Intellectual Property

Lonecto and its related branding, logos, software, platform design, features, text, graphics, and other materials owned by us are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except where expressly permitted, you may not:

• Copy or reproduce Lonecto's platform or proprietary materials;
• Modify or create derivative works based on the Service;
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code;
• Use Lonecto's branding in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without permission; or
• Use our intellectual property for unauthorized commercial purposes.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of Lonecto or its intellectual property.

13. Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints

We respect intellectual property rights.

If you believe that content available through Lonecto infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, you may contact us at contact@lonecto.com.

Your report should include enough information for us to identify:

• The work or intellectual property you believe is being infringed;
• The location of the allegedly infringing content;
• Your relationship to or authority over the intellectual property; and
• Contact information that allows us to respond to your report.

We may review the report and take appropriate action.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Lonecto may allow integrations, embeds, links, or connections to third-party services.

We do not own or control all third-party services available through links or integrations.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their applicable terms, privacy policies, and practices.

Lonecto is not responsible for third-party content, products, services, availability, security, or policies.

15. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

By using Lonecto, you acknowledge that your information may be collected and processed as described in that policy.

16. Availability and Changes to the Service

Lonecto is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We may:

• Add, modify, improve, suspend, or remove features;
• Change the design or functionality of the Service;
• Perform maintenance;
• Experience interruptions, errors, or downtime; or
• Discontinue part or all of the Service.

We do not guarantee that Lonecto will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device or service.

We may make changes to the Service at any time.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lonecto makes no warranties or representations regarding the Service, including warranties relating to:

• Availability;
• Reliability;
• Accuracy;
• Security;
• Fitness for a particular purpose;
• Non-infringement; or
• Uninterrupted operation.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, legality, quality, or reliability of content, products, sellers, external websites, or third-party services available through Lonecto.

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lonecto and its owner or operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Your use or inability to use the Service;
• Content published by users;
• Products displayed or promoted by users;
• Transactions occurring outside Lonecto;
• Interactions between buyers and sellers;
• Third-party websites or services;
• Loss of data, profits, business opportunities, or goodwill; or
• Unauthorized access, interruptions, or technical failures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lonecto and its owner or operator from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service;
• Your content;
• Your product listings;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of applicable law; or
• Your violation of another person's rights.

20. Termination

You may stop using Lonecto at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service as described in these Terms.

Following termination, provisions that by their nature should continue to apply, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute-related matters, may survive.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we may update the effective date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also provide additional notice where reasonably appropriate.

Your continued use of Lonecto after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
