References to "Lonecto," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of the Lonecto platform.

1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us and certain information generated when you use the Service.
1.1 Account Information
When you create or use a Lonecto account, we may collect:

- Username

- Account authentication information
- Information associated with signing in through Google, where applicable
If you choose to sign in using Google, we may receive information made available to us through the Google Sign-In process, such as your name and email address, depending on the permissions and information provided during authentication.
1.2 Profile and Bio Card Information
Lonecto allows you to create and customize a public or shareable digital presence. We may collect and store information that you add to your Lonecto account or Bio Card, including:
- Profile information
- Bio or description
- Profile images
- Images uploaded to your Bio Card
- Links and buttons
- Social media URLs
- Other information you choose to display
Some of this information may be publicly visible depending on how you configure and publish your Lonecto page.
1.3 Product Information
If you use Lonecto's product features, we may collect and store information related to physical products that you choose to showcase, including:
- Product names
- Product descriptions
- Product images
- Product prices or other product information
- External product links
- Other information you choose to add to a product listing
Lonecto does not process payments or act as the seller of products listed by users.
Where you buy credits or a plan from Lonecto itself, payment is handled by Polar as merchant of record. Your card details are given to Polar and are never received or stored by Lonecto; Lonecto is told only that a payment succeeded, and for which product.
1.4 Usage and Analytics Information
When visitors interact with Lonecto pages and features, we may collect analytics and usage information, including:
- Number of profile visits
- Link clicks
- Product clicks
- Visitor country or general location
- Device information
- Browser information
- Referral source
- General information about how users interact with the Service
This information helps us understand how Lonecto is used, provide analytics features, improve the platform, and maintain the security and performance of the Service.
1.5 IP Addresses
Lonecto does not collect or store IP addresses as part of its analytics data.

Lonecto uses third-party service providers to help operate and provide the Service.

- Supabase for backend and database-related services
- Vercel for website or application infrastructure
- Netlify for website or application infrastructure
- Google Workspace for business communication and related services
- Google Sign-In for account authentication, where available
- Polar Software Inc. as merchant of record for Lonecto's own paid features, where those are available
These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services to Lonecto.
We may update or change the service providers we use as Lonecto develops and evolves.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of third-party services where relevant to understand their independent data practices.
7. Data Storage and International Processing
Lonecto is operated from Pakistan.
Your information may be stored or processed in Pakistan and in other countries or regions where Lonecto or its service providers operate.
The location where information is processed may have privacy or data protection laws that differ from those in your country.
By using Lonecto, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable legal requirements.

- Resolve disputes;
- Maintain security; or

Information that you have made public may also remain available outside Lonecto if it has already been copied, shared, indexed, or stored by other people or third-party services.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no online service or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and should not share your password with others.

Lonecto is not intended for children under the age of 13.
