    You are solely responsible for the content you upload, publish, display, or link to through your Lonecto account.

    6. How Lonecto May Respond to Complaints

    When we receive an intellectual property complaint, we may review the information provided and take action where appropriate.

    Depending on the circumstances, we may:

    • Contact the relevant user;
    • Request additional information;
    • Remove or restrict access to the content;
    • Disable a link or product listing;
    • Limit access to certain Lonecto features;
    • Suspend an account; or
    • Permanently terminate an account.

    Lonecto may also decline to take action where the complaint is incomplete, unsupported, outside our ability to evaluate, or where we reasonably determine that no violation has been established.

    We may take action without prior notice where appropriate and permitted by applicable law.

    7. Content Removal and Account Action

    Repeated or serious intellectual property violations may result in additional enforcement action.

    This may include:

    • Removal of multiple pieces of content;
    • Temporary account restrictions;
    • Suspension of product listing features; or
    • Permanent termination of an account.

    We may consider factors such as the nature, severity, frequency, and history of reported violations when determining an appropriate response.

    8. Counter-Notifications and Disputes

    If your content has been removed or restricted following an intellectual property complaint and you believe the action was taken in error, you may contact us at contact@lonecto.com.

    Please include:

    • Your name and contact information;
    • Identification of the removed or restricted content;
    • A link or other information identifying where the content previously appeared;
    • An explanation of why you believe the removal or restriction was incorrect; and
    • Any relevant evidence supporting your right to use the content.

    Submitting a counter-notification does not guarantee that content will be restored.

    Lonecto may review the information provided and take appropriate action based on the circumstances and applicable law.

    9. False or Misleading Reports

    You should only submit intellectual property complaints that you reasonably believe are accurate and made in good faith.

    You must not knowingly submit false, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive complaints.

    Submitting false reports may result in the rejection of your complaint or other action where appropriate.

    10. Lonecto's Intellectual Property
