Sign in first if you can — your account comes attached, which saves an exchange working out which card or order you mean, and you get to read the reply on your own page. If you cannot sign in, raise one below and we will answer by email.

    How urgent?

    Not a support question?

Investment, partnerships, press or anything commercial goes to a different inbox, and reaches the right person faster with what it is about already attached.

    Email us

If you would rather write than fill in a form. Say which account you are writing about — an email from an address that is not the one on the account is otherwise hard to place.

    contact@lonecto.com

    Report a card or product

Scams, impersonation, stolen photos or counterfeit goods. Every public card carries a report option, and it reaches the moderation queue with the card attached.

    How reporting works

    A dispute over an order

Support cannot settle one. The buyer paid the seller directly and the money never passed through Lonecto, so there is no payment for us to reverse. We can still act on a seller who is breaking the rules.

    Why that is

On timing: we answer every message by email within 24 hours. You can see where your ticket has got to at any point on your tickets page. Mark a ticket urgent only when you cannot take orders or get paid — that is what keeps those findable, and what lets us hold to the 24 hours on them.
