What exactly is Lonecto?

Lonecto gives you one page that holds everything you want your audience to reach — your links, your social accounts and the products you sell. You get a customisable bio card, a built-in shop that takes orders over WhatsApp or cash on delivery, and analytics telling you what people actually clicked, all from one dashboard.

Do I need coding or design skills?

No. You choose from 46 templates, fill in your details, and drag your links into the order you want. There is nothing to install and no code to write.

What address does my card get?

Accepted Answer

Your card lives at lonecto.com/@yourusername. You choose the username when you sign up and you can change it later from your card settings, though the old address stops working when you do.

Can I connect my own domain?

Accepted Answer

Not at the moment. Every card is served from lonecto.com/@yourusername, and there is no setting to point your own domain at it. If you own a domain already you can redirect it to your card address yourself, which gets you most of the way there — visitors who type your domain land on your card, though the address bar will show the Lonecto one.

How many links can I add?

As many as you like — there is no limit and no upgrade that raises one. You can reorder them freely, and your analytics will tell you which ones are earning their place near the top.

Can I change my template later?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as often as you want. Your links, products, bio and photo belong to your card rather than to the template, so switching carries everything across. Each template comes with several colour palettes designed against it.

How do the poll and question blocks work?

Add an interactive block to your card and visitors can vote in a poll, send you a question or answer an open prompt — without needing an account. Everything they send lands in the Inbox section of your dashboard, where poll results are counted as they arrive.

Is there Lonecto branding on my card?

Accepted Answer

There is a small 'Built with Lonecto' line in the footer of every card. It is the same on every account and there is no plan that removes it.

What can I sell?

Physical products — things you box and send. Digital downloads are not part of Lonecto, so listings for ebooks, presets or files are not allowed and will be removed.

What currency are prices in?

PKR. There is no currency selector, which is why the amount a buyer is shown is always the amount you meant.

How does a customer place an order?

Accepted Answer

They browse your products on your card and check out. The order is recorded in your dashboard as pending, along with their details, and you are put in touch to arrange payment over WhatsApp or cash on delivery. You then confirm the order and send the goods.

Can I run a discount?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Create a code under Shop, then Discounts, set what it takes off, and give it an end date if it is tied to a campaign. Since the buyer pays you directly, it is on you to charge the discounted amount.

How much does Lonecto cost?

Your card, your shop, your links, your analytics and every tool on the site are free, on every account, with no card to enter. Lonecto separately sells credits for work it does FOR you — turning a spreadsheet into hundreds of invoices, writing a site from a description. Nothing that was free has become paid, and you never need to buy credits to use Lonecto.

Do you take a cut of my sales?

No. Lonecto does not process payments and never holds your money, so there is nothing for us to take a percentage of. The buyer pays you directly and you keep all of it.

How do I withdraw my earnings?

Accepted Answer

There is nothing to withdraw, because the money never comes to Lonecto. You are paid directly by the buyer over WhatsApp or in cash on delivery. The Earnings screen adds up what your orders came to so you can see how the shop is doing — it is a record of your sales, not an account holding funds.

Who handles refunds and disputes?

You do, directly with your buyer. Lonecto cannot reverse a payment it never held. This is worth knowing before you sell: the arrangement is between you and the person buying from you.

Was there a paid plan before?

Accepted Answer

There was. It has been removed and everything it unlocked is now simply part of the product. Nobody was charged and there is nothing to cancel.

What can I see in analytics?

Accepted Answer

Views, clicks on each link and product, where your visitors came from, what device they used, and which contact method buyers chose. All of it is on every account.

Are my own views counted?

Accepted Answer

No. When you open your own card while signed in, the visit is not recorded, so checking your own page does not inflate your numbers. Opening it signed out or in a private window does count, because the system cannot tell it is you.

Do you track my visitors' IP addresses?

Accepted Answer

No. IP addresses are not collected or stored. Analytics that rely on non-essential cookies are subject to the choice each visitor makes in the cookie banner.

How do I report a card or product?

Accepted Answer

Every public card has a report option. Say what is wrong as specifically as you can and it reaches the moderation queue with the card attached. Depending on what is found, content can be removed or restricted, or the account suspended or terminated permanently.

Question 22

What happens to a username when a card is taken down?

Accepted Answer

It is released and becomes available for someone else to claim. This is deliberate: a username taken down for impersonating a brand or running a scam should not stay locked away behind the account that abused it. If you are waiting on a name that is currently in use, that is the only circumstance in which it frees up — an account simply going quiet does not release it.
