Questions
Does anything I use today become paid?
The tools do not — every one listed above stays free, unlimited and account-free, and a test in the codebase fails the build if that changes. What is new is that the template library and an unlimited shop are part of Pro. Accounts made before that change keep both, permanently.
What do I get without paying?
Ten card templates, up to twenty products, unlimited links, and the headline numbers — views, clicks, visitors and which links get pressed — with no card required to publish. Every card carries a small “Built with Lonecto” line at the bottom, on both plans; Pro does not remove it.
What does Pro add?
All forty-six templates, a shop with no product limit, appointment bookings on your card, polls and Q&A blocks, the full analytics — where visitors come from, what they use, when they read — and the CSV export. It also lets you apply for Lonecto Verified. The generation credits and the assistant are listed as coming soon; they are not part of today's price and nothing charges for them yet.
Is the free month really free?
Yes. Pro starts with one month at no cost. Cancel before it ends and nothing is taken.
What happens to my card if I stop paying?
It stays exactly as it is, published and live. A template you are already using keeps working whatever plan you are on — the plan only decides which templates you can switch TO. Nothing you have built comes down.
Do my files get uploaded?
Not for anything that runs on your machine — invoices, spreadsheets, compression and conversion all happen in the tab, and the file never reaches a server. Generating an image is different by nature, and those pages say so plainly.
How do I cancel?
From the Polar portal, any time. The plan runs to the end of the month you already paid for and then stops. Nothing is taken afterwards and there is nothing to negotiate.
