The interactive section holds three kinds of block, and they do different jobs.
- Poll — you set a question and the options, and visitors pick one. Good for deciding between two drops.
- Q&A — visitors send you a question. Good for an AMA.
- Ask — an open prompt with your own wording on the button, for anything that is not quite a question.
Reading what comes in
Everything visitors send lands in the Inbox section of your dashboard. Poll results are counted there as they arrive.
Visitors do not need an account to answer, which is what makes the response rate worth having. It also means you should treat what arrives as unverified — anyone who can open your card can send you something.
