Take bookings from
your Instagram bio.
Lonecto is a free link-in-bio page that takes real appointment bookings. Set your working hours and what you offer, put one address in your bio, and people pick a time you can actually make — on the same page as your links and everything you sell.
Three steps, and it is live
No calendar to connect, no card, no trial.
- 1
Set the hours you actually work
Pick your days, your start and finish, and your timezone. Add a lunch break or a day off and those stop being offered. Nothing is bookable until you say it is.
- 2
List what you can be booked for
A name, how long it takes, and a price if you charge one. A thirty-minute consultation and a two-hour session can sit side by side with different lengths.
- 3
Share the one link
Your card address goes in your Instagram or TikTok bio. Someone taps Book, picks a day, picks a time, and leaves their phone and email. You both get an email.
What you get
Real times, not a request form
The times offered come from your hours, the length of the service, your buffer between appointments and your minimum notice. Every one of them is a slot you can genuinely take.
The same slot cannot go twice
Availability is decided on the server and checked again at the moment of booking, so a page left open in someone's browser cannot claim a time that has since gone.
A phone number and an email, both checked
Not one box that might hold either. You get a dialling code and a number you can actually call, and an address you can actually write to — validated in the browser and again in the database.
Both sides are told
Whoever booked gets a confirmation with the time. You get their details, so answering happens where you already work — a phone call, WhatsApp, or email.
On the same page as everything you sell
The booking sits with your links and your products. A visitor books an appointment or buys something without being sent to a second service that looks nothing like the first.
One address to share
One handle, one page. Not a scheduling link beside a shop link beside a link-in-bio link, each with its own branding and its own login.
Is this the right tool for you?
If all you need is a scheduler and you already have a website, a dedicated booking tool will serve you better — Calendly and Setmore do that one job deeply, with calendar sync and reminder sequences Lonecto does not have.
Lonecto is for the case those tools leave open: you are sending Instagram or TikTok traffic to a single link, and that one page has to introduce you, hold what you sell, and take a booking. Doing that today usually means a link-in-bio tool, a separate scheduler and a separate shop — three brands, three logins, and a visitor bounced between them.
It also handles how a lot of the world actually pays: orders settled over WhatsApp, and cash on delivery.
Questions
How do I take appointment bookings from my Instagram bio?
Put your Lonecto card address in your Instagram bio. Turn the booking section on, set your working hours and the services you offer, and the card shows real available times. Someone taps Book, chooses a day and a time, and leaves their phone number and email. You both receive an email straight away, and the booking appears in your dashboard.
Is this a scheduling tool or a link-in-bio page?
Both, which is the point. Most scheduling tools give you a booking page and nothing else; most link-in-bio tools give you links and a shop but no real availability. Lonecto is one page carrying your links, what you sell, and appointments people can actually book.
Can two people book the same time?
No. The times on offer are generated on the server from your hours, and the booking is checked again against the same rules at the moment it is made. A stale page cannot take a slot that has already gone; it is told the time was taken and shown what is still free.
Do I need to connect Google Calendar?
No. You set your working hours, your buffer between appointments and how much notice you need, and availability follows from those. There is nothing to connect and no calendar account required.
What does it cost?
Publishing is free — no card required. Bookings, the storefront, unlimited links and analytics are all on the free plan, along with 10 templates and room for 20 products. Pro is $9.99 a month, starting with one month free, and adds the full template library and an unlimited shop.
Can I take payment when someone books?
Prices are shown on each service, and payment is settled the way the rest of your card works — WhatsApp or cash on delivery. Nothing is charged automatically when a booking is made.
What if I do not have set working hours?
Leave the schedule off and the booking section asks instead: a name, contact details, what it is for and when suits. "Saturday afternoon" is a real answer and the form accepts it. Offering a precise time you never promised is worse than asking.
The rest of what it does
One card, one address. These are the other things it can carry.
There are also ten free tools that need no account at all — invoices, rate cards, QR codes and image and video work — and the Lonecto blog covers how to actually sell from a bio link.
