    Orders and getting paid

    How an order reaches you

What happens between a visitor tapping buy and the order appearing in your dashboard.

A visitor browses your products on your card, adds what they want, and checks out. Checkout does not take a payment. It hands the order to you.

    1. The buyer fills in their details and chooses how to complete the order.
    2. The order is recorded in your dashboard as pending, with everything the buyer entered.
    3. You are put in touch with the buyer — over WhatsApp, or by arranging cash on delivery.
    4. You confirm the order, take payment your way, and send the goods.
    5. You update the status as it moves, so your records and your stock stay right.

Because Lonecto records the order rather than processing it, an order in your dashboard is a request, not a completed sale. Nothing is guaranteed until you have spoken to the buyer.
