A visitor browses your products on your card, adds what they want, and checks out. Checkout does not take a payment. It hands the order to you.
- The buyer fills in their details and chooses how to complete the order.
- The order is recorded in your dashboard as pending, with everything the buyer entered.
- You are put in touch with the buyer — over WhatsApp, or by arranging cash on delivery.
- You confirm the order, take payment your way, and send the goods.
- You update the status as it moves, so your records and your stock stay right.
Because Lonecto records the order rather than processing it, an order in your dashboard is a request, not a completed sale. Nothing is guaranteed until you have spoken to the buyer.
