Lonecto does not process payments for your sales. There is no escrow and no payout, because the money from a sale never arrives here in the first place — a buyer pays you directly, by cash on delivery or through Instagram or WhatsApp.
The buyer pays you — over WhatsApp by whatever method you agree, or in cash when the order is delivered. You keep all of it.
What this means in practice
- There is no commission and no transaction fee.
- There is no waiting period and no minimum before you can withdraw.
- You do not connect a bank account or a card to Lonecto.
- Refunds are yours to give, directly to the buyer.
- A dispute over an order is between you and the buyer. Lonecto cannot reverse a payment it never held.
The Earnings screen adds up what your orders came to, so you can see how the shop is doing. It is a record of your sales, not an account holding your money.
Nobody from Lonecto will ever ask you for card details, bank credentials or a payment to release funds. There are no funds to release. Treat any such message as an attempt to defraud you and report it.
