What each order status means

Every order carries two statuses, because being paid and having sent the item are different facts and either can be true without the other.

Payment status

• Pending — recorded, not yet paid.
• Paid — the buyer has paid you.
• Failed — payment did not happen.
• Refunded — you have given the money back in full.
• Partially refunded — you have given part of it back.
• Cancelled — the order will not go ahead.

Fulfilment status

• Unfulfilled — nothing sent yet.
• Partially fulfilled — some of the order has gone.
• Fulfilled — packed and done.
• Shipped — handed to a courier.
• Delivered — it arrived.
• Returned — it came back.
