- Use a password you have not used anywhere else. Reused passwords are how most accounts are lost.
- Nobody from Lonecto will ask for your password. Any message that does is not from us.
- Check the address before you sign in. A login page on a domain that is not lonecto.com is a phishing page, however well it is copied.
- Be wary of a link promising verification, a badge, a brand deal or a payout. Those are the four hooks used on creators, and the payout one is a lie on its face — Lonecto never holds your money.
If you have lost access, use the forgotten-password link on the sign-in page. If you believe someone else is in your account, get in touch and say so plainly, so it can be dealt with as urgent.
